BLUE HEAVEN 9mm Underlay

Blue Heaven 9mm has excellent compression recovery properties and a high degree of comfort. Light and easy to handle, it cuts and fits with ease. Excellent thermal insulation of 2.6 tog and sound impact reduction qualities of 39db. Maintains carpet appearance.  Blue Heaven is very similar to Cloud 9 Cirrus, but has a softer and more pliable backing which is very quiet underfoot.
